What will happen to my insurance policy?
Your Home Insurance policy will be unaffected and will be fulfilled and serviced by our partner Zurich Insurance.
For now, you do not need to take any action. Customers will at all times continue to be afforded all the relevant legal and regulatory protections.
What role does Zurich play in my policy?
Zurich are the underwriter for your policy. KBC has an exclusive agreement with Zurich whereby they provide insurance to our customers.
Who should I contact if I want to make a complaint?
If you have a complaint or noticed an error regarding your Home Insurance policy, you can contact the Zurich Customer Service Team on (053) 9157775 or alternatively you can email the Zurich Customer Support Team on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have a complaint regarding the Transfer of your policy to Zurich Insurance or have a complaint regarding any of your KBC policies, you can contact the KBC Complaints team on 01-6646000 or you can email email@example.com.
What impact will this transfer have on my current discount/premium?
Any discount applied on your current policy along with your current premium will not be impacted as a result of this transfer. There will be no changes to your current policy.
